Brayshaw a glue guy.
Brayshaw a glue guy.
You mean shoot him like a horse and send him to the glue factory? or is there another meaning behind that?
Id have just kept Chris Masten on before any of that lot myself as a example. I also would have looked into the SANFlL or VFL for a mature aged small forward of any kind
Ah okay, maybe right with Brayshaw. I suspect he is asked to stay on play WAFL if he wishes to take up a deal and what not
I have more issues with the Treacy/O'Neill decisions then that one really
Can kick off either foot/ good defensive pressure/ good tackler, a nice low cost pick up in an area of need - our small fwds (Ryan excluded) were absolute crap last season.

Great get at basically no cost.
Get his body right and he's a clear best 22 player in a needed role. No reason he can't kick 30+ goals for mine.
Will miss Jetta.

Wasn't surprised though once we got Witherden.

Eagles Training notes - Mark Duffield
Jamaine Jones joined in everything at training to suggest he is fully recovered from hamstring injury.
Shuey joined early on the track by Jack Darling , Dom Sheed , Tom Cole and Brendan Ah Chee.
Jarrad Cameron an interested onlooker at training, stood in the outer with Lewis Jetta watching his teammates go through training reason being returned from Qld awaiting Covid clearance.
Jamieson has added 5-6 kg this pre -season as have Oscar Allen and Bailey Williams all expected to be required with the exodus of Tom Hickey
SD midfielder Zane Trew was quietly impressive on the track in one of his first AFL training sessions . The first observation about Trew is don't expect him to miss many targets by foot.

Curious to see whether we consider Jones best 22 next year. I tend to think he is. Going through what I want our best 22 to be and I went with
FB: Witherden, Barass, Cole
HB: Hurn, McGovern, Sheppard
C: Gaff, Shuey, Duggan
HF: Waterman, Darling, Cripps
FF: Ryan, Kennedy, Langdon
R: Naitanui, Kelly, Yeo
I/C: Sheed, Nelson, Redden, Allen
EMG : Williams. Hutchings, Jones, Rotham
Strong 26. Would be happy for any of those 4 emergencies to waltz in and be best 22 if any form issues hit

yep, seems that way. Guess we did finish 8th though, so should be about par for that
