Well yeah it did mostly. Just no respite and they were just all flooding forward. You knew the game was done before it started

Mates club I go to watch every so often. The guy that kicked it was on season 1 of The recruit too. Cunts are paying some good footy ATM.

Players not getting on with each other at the club. I know not all will get on with everyone, but now we have a guy leaving to our most hated club Warnbro because he just can't get over a drunken piss night. I swear sometimes these guys are women in disguise.

Well playing in Perth again after playing in UK will suck for sure. Other than having to play when it's freezing cold the setup is so much better than in Perth.

In Perth games could be any time from 11am to 830pm on either Saturday or Sunday. Everybody drives themselves, hardly anybody sticks around for a beer after the games etc. it's pretty shit from a socialising perspective (at the club's Ive played for at least)

In UK all games were between 1 and 3.30pm on Saturday (a few exceptions where we had to refixture due to snow). Car pool for roadtrips and everybody is back at the clubroom every Saturday and regularly getting fucked (on the cheapest beers in London). Free food after games both home and away. Captain gave me some free coke. Age demographic was also much better basically everyone was 21-30

This used to be the way in Perth but the fun police have basically banned it all and that was 5 years ago, can't imagine how bad it's gotten now.

Our biggest win ever yesterday, I played in the centre, did nothing, didn't need too. We won 19.10 -1.1 over Eastern Hills up at Nollamara. Safe to say the bus ride home was a good one.

Fools Gold have you heard about the Josh Glenn saga

I played against him for years in junior footy and he's always been a flog. No surprise he's snitched to the league after embarrassing himself earlier this year.

The amount of clubs that give sign-on fees is ridiculous, I actually never knew it wasn't permitted tbh.

Haven't been on SAFooty in a while so you'll have to give me some cliffs!
We demand an investigation into the replacement of referee Rafshan Irmatov and his departure at a difficult time in such an important match. We ask for an examination of the grassland that was not suitable for the Syrian team, while Australian players seem to be wearing shoes that cling to the long grass, so we saw Syrian players fall during the game, while Australia's players are steady.

I don't know how much you know so I'll just go from the start.

Left the Suns after neither Adelaideclub were interested in him, went to Willaston > Central District > Willaston in the last three seasons. Earlier this year he got into a pub fight, sounds pretty bad from what I've heard. Almost like he went over the top when the other dude was finished. All caught on cctv, pub was owned by a club sponsor. It was a 'me or him' type situation so the club gave Glenn the flick.

He went to Norwood and after months of murmurs he's officially snitched on the club about the sign-on fees he was given in 2016 and 2018. A grade lost six premiership points, fined $10,000 and has lost three player points (I don't know the technical term, you'll know what I'm talking about) for 2019 and 2020.

One current club official and one former club official are also facing one or two years suspension from the league.

Meanwhile Glenn gets off completely free

Did my groin last week in the 2nd quarter. I kept playing as I didn't want the princess award. The award went to a guy that fell over after he was touched. Nearly got the stretcher involved.

I can't believe he doesn't get the same suspension as the club!?

Heard you put on a clinic too. Snags all round.

One of my great regrets never getting to pull on the maroon and gold with you to watch the great one in action.

16 games over your career in ammos = life ban though. Think alot of people don't actually know this as it's different in each state too. WA 13, SA 15, VIC 16.

Had Kevin sheedy Lynden Dunn and Tom seigert at our sportsmans night last night

Pretty good night.... Lynden Dunn is a really down to earth bloke

When Kevin sheedy stayed on topic what he had to say was interesting and insightful.... when he didn’t though nobody knew what the fuck he was talking about

Saw ex Bomber Gary O'Donnell yesterday, He plays for Wembley I believe. Had his arm in a sling, didn't look to good. We defeated Southern saints by only 3 points down at Rushton park in Mandurah. Great game.

Conditions we played in on the weekend was easily the worst I've ever encountered. 5 minutes of constant hail was absolutely fucked, however my long sleeve guernsey paid for itself

There's a pretty big tribunal hearing tonight for the AdFL. Bloke on the weekend drove his knee into an opposition players jaw which messed him up pretty badly. It was caught on tape along with another stray elbow later in the game. Apparently he's been reported for four different incidents in the one game.

The kicker is he's captain of a club that's already on thin ice for various incidents over the years. The game was a final which they won so there's also talk of the result being overturned.

I know a few people who have played with and against the bloke and he's apparently been doing this his whole career. Media's been smashing him over the last few days.
