Last week we played the side that will probably win the gf again this year

One guy that used to play for us went to them this year and I fucking hate the little cunt... he was mouthing off all day so when I got the chance to smash him I did. He went for a mark and spilt it and as he was falling backwards trying to juggle it I ran through him left the ground tucked up into a hip n shoulder took my eyes off the ball and crunched him

First time I’ve ever taken a cheap shop in 20 years of footy

The opposition captain who I’m friendly with came over and let me know about what a shit bloke I was how I’m a false captain... and punched me in the chest

The coach and captain put me in the guts all game on Sunday, not my cup of tea, didn't touch the ball until half time. Didn't matter but as we went on to defeat Jandakot jets by 5 goals, we had no ruckman, our best two players were out, and we used 4 over 50 year olds in the forward line. It was a little warm to play footy too, about 28 degrees. At Gosnells next game.
"We actually got the winning goal three minutes from the end but then they scored."

We played at Sacred Heart OC over the weekend. Holeeeeeey shit, what a setup they have there! The oval was the best amateur league surface I've ever seen and the facilities were next level.

Still have an airhorn for the siren though
We demand an investigation into the replacement of referee Rafshan Irmatov and his departure at a difficult time in such an important match. We ask for an examination of the grassland that was not suitable for the Syrian team, while Australian players seem to be wearing shoes that cling to the long grass, so we saw Syrian players fall during the game, while Australia's players are steady.

plan to go back out for a look.

Havenít played since 2016, we won the flag that year (3rd of three straight) but went winless in Ď17 (all our best players fucked off into the regionís major league).

Thought about going to a club in the major league and just playing ressies but would rather say Iím playing senior footy

Doesn’t matter where you play mate 1’s or 2’s as long as it’s woth good blokes

I’d rather lose every week with a great bunch of blokes than win with shit blokes

Out of interest what club do you play for?

Either way Iím with new blokes. A lot of the reason I went to that club was the blokes who left and as they are now playing senior footy in the SFNL I wonít actually get to play with them. Might as well go back to the club i last played for because thereís still some blokes I know. That and I work every second weekend anyway so the minor league is the go.

Bambill is the club. Millewa Football League. I havenít actually gone back to training yet, snap decision after the ex has shot through

Had our first 'social night' of the year last weekend dubbed shuffle night. Dunno if you guys have ever been to one or something similar before, I ran the event and essentially it worked that there was 50 available song slots before the night. You buy a slot for $20 and give me your song selection and I add them into a big playlist. At the start of the night you hit shuffle on the playlist and the last song to get played wins bulk cash (but prizes for 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 25th and 50th too).

We kicked it off directly after presentation and basically everyone was lit about 15 songs in. The top (last) 10 songs to play were pretty awesome, everyones usually up and singing/dancing from the get go. Had an awesome crowd there, majority of the A/B Grade players and a handful of C/D/18 players, but was good to have a heap of the Womens players come back too.

Got votes again last week which I wasn't really expecting. Only early, Mandurah next week, tough team to defeat.

Might play for borders next week. Played 1 game last year and it was their ressies only win for the year. Probably won’t play though, don’t wanna lose my spot for soccer
