    Pretty keen to hear any tips for lunches. Have been doing meat (chicken or lamb mostly) with sweet potato. Also quite often I'll make up a big batch of turkey rissoles.

    Does it work? Yes. Would I take it? Dunno.

    Used 'fat burners' a couple of times, think my diet had a greater impact in hindsight.

    Got a pre season rogram for myself and also starting to eat better (In terms of how much per day, per meal etc). Stopped doing it for a while which was stupid but back onto the smallish meals every 2 hours. That combined with great training program is working wonders. Put on 3kg in just over 3 weeks

    I only just started using them yesterday so I haven't formed an opinion as of yet. Reviews from past users suggest they are quite effective.

    No offence intended but I've never seen these work for anyone. Only diet will control your level of body fat (even when taking clen you still need to follow a strict diet).

    I doubt I'm one to stick to a strict diet. But I have been trying to be more disciplined with my eating the last few months. Bringing my food from home instead of buying shit foot around uni etc. Have dropped about 2 kg but would like to trim down a bit more than that.

    Trying to find a balance between strength for climbing and speed for running is tough however.
