    Great running yendog. Just got home from a 4km run @ 4:30

    That 10min one sounds fucked. I've got one in my plan that's death too,
    5min run, 2min rest
    3 min run, 2min rest
    2 min run, 2min rest
    Repeat x3

    Legit fucked because the 2min rest is perfect time to get energy back to push hard in the runs and stay pretty consistent so you're dead by the end

    Preferred it over the straight 5km tbh. Did it in a group tho and always find it easier to push myself in a group setting.

    Also yeah essentially all the 6min run times were identical.

    I think I need to do a few longer but slower runs, but hate distance.

    Saturday 16th - hiit class

    Monday 18th - 10min run (c.2km) 5 min rest, followed by 4x 6min runs with 2 min rest between each (1.2km) 6.8km total in 34 mins

    Wednesday 20th - 3.5km run (don't have exact time or distance but was about 17 mins) followed by 10x 200m with 45 seconds rest between each

    Took my weight from 92.8kg on 1/2/21 down to 89.1kg as of this morning, not gonna stop cutting until I'm sub 79kg

    1RMs are climbing again too
    130kg Squat
    180kg Deadlift
    100kg Bench (actually a 2 rep max)

    So I'm experimenting with some high rep sets of squats and deads as of today, just did 20 reps of 100kg deads this morning, nearly died
