I JUST DELETED YOUR ASS!!!
So my missus has just joined F45, loving it so far.
Any tips for f45 newbies?

F45 really is taking over...
No real tips just tell her to push through the first week. Body was real sore but is fine after that. showdownhero
i've come around, reckon f45 is great.
not everyone likes going to the gym and slogging out a session. its much more convenient and also provides direction which i think lots of gym goers lack.

I'm kinda comitted to running a beer mile in a couple of weeks. Pretty fucking unkeen for it as likelihood of it being a vomitfest are pretty high. Seems like something to try once and never again. For those unaware it's - 4 x [chug a beer (alcohol content >5%) then run a 400m]. I'm a fucking shit runner these days, and I barely drinkWorld record for this is 4:36 lol. I'd be fucking pumped coming in under 10 mins without spewing
So, because I'm so unsure about this I just went and did a beer 800m as practiceUnsurprisingly there was somewhat of a self conscious feeling taking beers down to the local oval to chug and then run while their is a billion families around

That deep feeling of regret while smashing a beer before you know your about to run. The first 50m after chugging is pretty groce as all you can do is burp. Was overall better than expected, no vomit feeling, came in at 4:45 as pretty much phoning in the running. Will go at 60-70% for the first 1200m and only sprint the last 400m on the day (before yakking no doubt). More aiming to make it through than anything
Anyone else done one? @doggers
No doubt Red Bear would have as both a runner and a pisstank
Those two beers just kicked in hard. 4 in 10 minutes plus running will be fucked

I did R U Barfing way back in the day at UWA which was the same idea, pubcrawl run between the pubs and have to carry the vomit bag if you spew. Back then I was probably a better runner than drinker but managed to survive. Pretty sure the Shed was involved but I'll be fucked if I can remember the other pubs! Pretty sure it was banned my 2nd or 3rd year at Uni, can't remember, those days are hazy!
They're hard though, those who can run generally can't do the drinking and vice versa. Remember a mate from school who was a state middle distance runner, could do the mile in a ridiculous time and not even look like he'd done anything at the end but he couldn't even do it because he'd be spewing his ring up after two beers and trying to do any exercise. Adding the beer basically turned it into a double marathon for him.
14% BF?! That's huge. How many kegs?
I lost 3% but given my stagnant progress all year that was aight.
Nice work.
I was at 104.8kg when I started and 28.6% bodyfat. Down to 13.9% now.
That's a damn impressive transformation, basically turned 13kg into muscle/water weight in 8 weeks and lost another couple of kg in general.
LBM is just your body weight minus body fat (although the numbers are a little off on your starting figures). So if your weight is basically the same you've basically converted the fat into muscle/water weight in that period.
Have you noticed the change?
Yeah, I've noticed a big change.
I reckon I've had similar, wish I had those scans to quantify it somewhat.. Looking in much better shape but my weight has hardly moved.
I've done about 9 weeks with solid consistency now so hopefully it stabilises and I start to drop real kgs. My diet has been pretty average really but should still be in deficit at least 5 days a week and probably running close to maintenance for the other 2.

how good are the scans that f45 do?
#NBCSiberia
Nowhere near DEXA but I've found mine to be pretty consistent / accurate if conditions are kept the same i.e time of day, hydration level, meal times etc have always done it early in the morning on an empty stomach and no water.
Our ones are 'inbody' not sure if that's the same as all studios.
