I also did this... been so good with the diet lately but just had that feeling... also had that feeling on the bowl, my body rejecting it hard.

If it's super painful then that's a good sign of other ligaments rather than the ACL. MCL in particular is painful as fuck and a much better prognosis. Of course you might have done both.

Knowing embers I'd say it's both as an absolute minimum.

It wasn't painful at the time, like at all. Only became painful once I woke up this morning. It's definetly not both. Knee itself is fairly stable. Pain is now radiating towards the direct back of the knee and only in that area now so hopefully a MCL

The most general/common signs of ACL is hearing a pop, lots of initial pain, 5 mins later feels all good again

Joe Davola spent an entire evening suit shopping for formal after rupturing his ACL in a game earlier that day back in HS. Absolute scenes when his complaining actually carried some merit.
We demand an investigation into the replacement of referee Rafshan Irmatov and his departure at a difficult time in such an important match. We ask for an examination of the grassland that was not suitable for the Syrian team, while Australian players seem to be wearing shoes that cling to the long grass, so we saw Syrian players fall during the game, while Australia's players are steady.

Work with a dude whose mum is a GP. He injured his knee playing basketball. Asked his mum to write a referral for some scans. She told him it was nothing and to suck it up, and stop being overly dramatic

Took himself to another GP a week later, after no improvement, to find out it was an ACL

My brother broke his elbow and my mum told him to stop being a pussy for 3 weeks until taking him to the docs. the physio was like cos it made the rehab that much harder for him.

To be fair he is a massive pussy

On a positive it's only a few days and you can basically do anything with the ACL if you put the surgery off. The surgery will knock you out for a few weeks though and limit for a couple of months.

    Nah I don't think it's a ACL, it's likely a meniscus tear.
