Free $15. Worth a look at this - worked instantly for me, cash straight into my account.

To explain, Beem It is an app created by Commbank and a few other banks to promote instant funds transfer. The app allows you to send and receive cash without waiting for it to clear.

Step 1 - download Beem It to your phone.
Step 2 - install with all the details etc.
Step 3 - click the top right of the home screen of the app. Click redeem a code.
Step 4 - enter code NTEMAE . Boom, $5 into your actual bank account (and mine).
Step 5 - enter code BEEMME10. Boom, $10 more into your actual bank account.
Step 6 - delete the app or use it, I don't care.

A few mates are like $50 richer from doing this. Free money -- get on it and hook us both up.

I blame all this on the fucknuts who let Coles and Woolworths monopolise the market. I hope you enjoy your 4c off 5 years ago because now you are paying 20c more then you should

Yeah nothing to do with the oil cartel controlling prices, the absurd amount of taxes we pay or the Government that is tanking our dollar as best it can.

Also, fuel retail supply is monopolised in every country I've ever been to and it's cheaper in most of them, considerably cheaper in many.

You're basically blaming the guy who makes up 10% of the pricing equation for wanting his pitiful cut in the whole scenario.

Oil cartel has been controlling prices for 30+ years, Govt been taxing the shit out of it for 70+ years.

My cousin is a oils futures trader and he blames the Caltex/Woolworths monopoly himself on our current prices.

The biggest joke is mining companies who get fuel excise rebate cos they don't use it for vehicles on public roads imo

Also discourages them to explore renewable energy cos its actually quite cheap after the rebate (and had that exact conversation with the ceo at my old job)

The fuel excise is a tax on road use, miners donít use the roads and therefore donít pay the tax (neither does fuel used in machinery, farmers etc.). Pretty simple stuff.

Doesnít discourage renewables in any way shape or form and the only people who advocate this theory are virtue signalling fuck nuggets on twitter shilling for their renewables investments.

First part I agree with you but surely its a better option than some additional taxes the gooberment have explored

Second part I don't understand how potential savings wouldn't influence investment in alternative fuel sources. If there's a cheaper option it will be taken. Simple.

Why should coal mining be singled out? What about iron, copper, gold, uranium, etc etc, would they also lose their excise exemption?

If electric cars ever take off, be interesting to see how governments then go about funding roads given how much of it is funded by fuel.
