Coffee "is Healthy" Thread (:umad: EE?)

Just thought I would get this thread started again.

This is coffee appreciation, not EE coffee is unhealthy lecture thread.

Anyway, just bought an Avanti 6 cup stove top coffee maker. Have started to buy my own beans and brew at home. I find the stove tops make a nice clean coffee with minimum bitterness.

Still working in Subi so my go to coffee house is Architects and Hero's which makes absolutely outstanding coffee. La Veen closed down about 4 months ago and Louis Baxter still makes a great coffee. Some other little places popping up around but haven't tried them yet. Haven't been into the city for a coffee in ages but there are some cracking coffee houses in there.

Leaning toward a paleo diet as of this year so have replaced my usual strong latte with a long black or espresso.

Yeah, could find that all over amercia, I really like that. Had one today which also had ice cream in it, still quite good.

I have a long black with cold milk on the side (or on top if take away) generally.

We popped into a Gloria Jeans in Chatswood so we could leech the wi-fi and because it was literally the only cafe in the whole suburb that could serve me a fresh banana. Holy Embers that shit is expensive.

Nearest cafe to the office is Italian. Dat Italian coffee (and dem Italian sloot baristas), mmmm

    in.

    coffee situations i love:

1.) Getting to work and smashing out 90 minutes - 2 hrs of productivity before ducking down to grab first coffee of the day. my work has a cafe and have become good friends with a couple guys there so everything free

2.) Saturday morning coffee - absolutely nothing better then taking 15 minutes out of my day and just sitting down thinking/reflecting with my morning coffee. i think im most at peace with the world in this instance

have a nespresso machine at home...i think its this one

Housemate is on a keto diet atm (which I'm thinking of doing from Feb) and he recommended this to solve the problem that breakfast would cause me.

Anyone else on keto here and/or tried coffer that way before?

Showdown hero is the keto and BP coffee guru but I have done BP coffee before (until I cracked my blender with boiling water lol).

BP coffee is awesome. Tastes sooo good and found it tool me through to lunch easily.

    Coffee stinks.

I was in a lift this morning. I was sharing it with an obese woman who had straight black coffee in a paper cup.

    The odour was horrible.

OP - I formerly avoided caffeine but I now use PWOs on occasion before physical exercise.

I enjoy, but barely drink coffee anymore. Probably a negative for me in terms of productivity because my brain just goes haywire for 5 minutes then it's done. So pretty much just drink it on weekends, or if out. But how can you argue that coffee doesn't at least smell good?

Thought BP coffee was those shitty coffee's from the servo all this time. was trying to work out how they could be good for you

dont like milk all that much so espresso and macchiato's only for me. No milk after midday. would have about 8+ espresso a day tho
