Very much so, there are bits of the very centre of London around Westminster or The City that are oddly deserted even on a Saturday afternoon, it's well weird. You walk through somewhere like Leadenhall Market and there's barely a fucker around and nothing's open.
While the West End or Oxford Street you can't move for the fuckers.

...Why put holes in the coffee before tamping?
the whole point of tamping is to compress and evenly distribute the grind. At best it has not effect and it's just an unnecessary waste of time and at worst is actually making the coffee worse
apparently the comb is to break up any clumps of ground coffee that would create an uneven product post tamping

Been getting into cold brew over summer with my $12 kmart special.
Nespresso have flat white over ice pods. Have had them for probably a year without using but smashed them in the last few weeks, they're actually great.
For some fucked reason they don't appear to make the pods anymore.
