    What do with Virgin points?

Got about 130k, thinking of transferring them over the KrisFlyer (Singapore) but will lose 1/3. Will hold out for abit, wait and see for the moment.

No chance you'd get business with just 300k

Pretty sure Bris Hawaii return business class was only like 100-120k. I found Hanoi return business for 200k w Singapore for the Hanoi GP weekend/Easter

If you are going to Hawaii just go Haiwaain Airlines. In my experience there economy class is as good as Virgins business class

Would be on Hawaiian Airlines. You can book with velocity points for 78k each way.

If it is effective think of all the possibilities, in countries where alcohol is culturally haram

I'm actually surprised how the market has reacted over the past week or two, really thought it would be falling more than it currently is. I suppose the government throwing as much money into it as they have has probably helped and maybe seeing China returning to a bit of normality but I think this has got a while to play out yet. Hopefully not though.

I swear I was talking about Pointsbet here.

These Clints keep going to the moon and I missed out. Jumped 2.5x in price in 2.5 weeks.... And ironically was contemplating getting on at 2.50 but refused to do it out of spite/in principle that it already bounced back.

    Hate PointsBet.

Absolute smashed them for 2 years when they first opened up in Australia. Was actually working with them a bit as we were going to get a tipping site started up. Ended up just severely limiting all our accounts so we just left it.

When they first opened you could tell they were super small, you'd contact all the different departments and the same 3 or 4 people would reply every time. We were actually spending more time on the 'form' than them. Had some huuuuuge swings though, as you do with Spread Betting.

Remember walking into a pub in Melbourne and seeing Taylor Adams kick a goal from outside 50. We were on the 'Unders' for his Kicks x Handballs x Goals, and this was his second goal for the game - wasn't pretty.

    I hate Qantas because of
    - their bs carrier surcharges on reward flights,
    - the fact they want to use this JobKeeper to pay annual leave (effectively profiting by reducing their provisions/liabilities) at the expense of the taxpayer despite having 1.6bn in reserves and
    - the audacity to cry poor and have their hand out for further bailouts if Virgin received further assistance

But if I can make some money I'm gonna be a bitch, fuck the ethics and take it.

You are underestimating how much I hate that ad campaign

Like going to Jersualem and saying "I hear Hamas is looking for some investors"

OPEC come to a agreement to lower production so expect a huge spike in prices. Australia however bulk ordered oil beyond anything we have ever seen. We have never had so much oil ever based on what we were shipping in. The governments oil reserves might be for say 1-2 months etc but I cant imagine the local companies having ordered anything less then say 6 months supply based on normal shipping numbers.

They will pretty much up the price to 1.40 for fuel they bought at 70c price levels for a good period of time. Gonna be some insane dividends... thats if they dont cook the books to spread out the profit over X years which they may do to not make it look so fucking obvious
