The media library is the main part for me, tracking where you're up to on shows and all that.
Yep couldn't rate Plex higher. The UX is incredible to sort out all your shows and display them in a way that's probably easier to navigate than Stan/Netflix
We demand an investigation into the replacement of referee Rafshan Irmatov and his departure at a difficult time in such an important match. We ask for an examination of the grassland that was not suitable for the Syrian team, while Australian players seem to be wearing shoes that cling to the long grass, so we saw Syrian players fall during the game, while Australia's players are steady.
After recommending Dalbs watch Banshee, just started to watch a couple of fight scenes on youtube. Read some of the comments and one stood out "Remember folks, you are all the real heroes"
which if you've seen The Boys, it's Homelander.
Legit hadn't noticed it but now that I know, the eyes are the give away.
Ok just got a new smart TV. Has built in AirPlay and all that but seem to have issues once I convert an MKV to MP4 and try to airplay via Quicktime.
Set up Plex quickly and working perfectly
Definitely will use from now on with this TV

Has Airplay improved in the past few years or is it still absolute aids?
Basically everything that could cause issues did for me.
The controls were terrible for skipping/forwarding/subtitles and the likes. It didn't want to work with iTunes half the time. Obviously being pure Apple was a pain in the ass as you could only use it on specific TVs that support it or with an AppleTV and no on else's phones can plug in. The absolute worst was that it didn't support anything but iTunes (terrible bloatware) and couldn't stream anything else from the computer except iTunes when it felt like working. The NBA and NFL apps on AppleTV at the time were also horrific which made the last point even more of an issue.
It was a distant 4th on the reasons I left Apple (iTunes was the clear first place winner) and the shitty cameras on the phones were a clear second but it was certainly a factor for me.
How long ago is this?

A few years now, gave up on Apple completely towards the end of 2018. Would have been like 2016-7 when I was mostly using it though.
Basically replaced everything I wanted to do with an Android phone and Plex. I reckon the only Apple feature I've missed at all would be AirDrop as doing similar on non-Apple is definitely harder.
