One of the earlier concepts was that the federal government were going to create 5-10,000 jobs in the aged care sector and create a staff backfill for emergency situations. That didnt happen obviously and got shunted. Now Covidtoria is in a situation where hundreds and hundreds of staff need to isolate for 2 weeks and no one to replace those actual staff.....
Gut feel is its a problem they ignore at this early stage as I cant see any movement or even any way for them to do anything about it at such a late stage

They just stopped uploading cases from 1PM to the national database. No state has ever done that before.......
Testing upload runs happen at 7AM, 1PM, 5PM and 9PM. What happened to the other 2 runs............
Where possible I think you should only look at rolling averages which clears this distortion somewhat.

It does appear though that every day of the week Sunday is their lowest daily average, but they didnt do any new testing uploads past 1PM which is something they never done before.
