Yep saw this yesterday as well, the messaging hasn't been clear and definitive enough for mine.
Realistically, I'd say people getting tested with no symptoms would have been people that fell into those large testing groups like when they did those suburb blitzes or offered it to all teachers - effectively trying to source any asymptomatic cases. Anecdotally I've heard of people getting turned away from testing because they didn't have symptoms and just wanted 'peace of mind'. Regardless, the 9/10 and 5/10 statistics released yesterday were for people WITH symptoms so pointing to that article isn't really an excuse for them.

I Don't think there is a direct flight atm to Adelaide to Hobart so our borders being open is a moot point. But you think this is the start between a bubble between these 4 states if the WA plays ball.
