Trying to have a run at Giannis has really fucked us.
We purposefully left enough cap space open so we could offer a max deal to him which in turn meant we only offered Gasol and Ibaka 1 year deals. Ibaka is a massive loss, huge in the locker room and was a really consistent scorer which we struggle with. We're an alright core who is missing a star scorer and without it and then giving up those pieces, we just suck.
I think it's also worth remembering we're the only team out there that doesn't play at home court which I think would be a pretty big disadvantage, not sure where we go to here - probably blow it up.
Jarrett Allen is a machine atm. Decision not to trade Harden looking dumber by the day

Levert tearing Simmons a new asshole
3rd game in 4 days. Haven't watched as I was at work but twitter were saying they were noticeable lethargic and lazy especially on D.

Just turned on the Raptors game, Kings 46 points in the first quarter, shooting 81.8% - 18/22 FG and 7/9 from 3![]()
Lol NBA forcing us to play with 7 healthy players after Ben and Jo have "injuries", the rest of the guys are in quarantine.

39/7/6 for the rookie. Good showing. Not efficient but good for a shit situation.

I have no issue with the NBA punishing teams who rest players like the Sixers did. I hate the resting of players in general though, just such a shitty thing to do, especially given how incredibly soft the league has become from a physicality viewpoint, it's never been a more non-contact sport.
If nothing else all the resting going on this season destroys the NBAPA narrative for a shorter season, they're resting just as much despite getting that desired shorter season.
I don't understand how Washington players weren't subject to the health and safety protocols too on the basis the 76ers players were close contacts of a positive case.
Surely if you're playing against players deemed close contacts, then you are also in scope of contracting COVID.

Any thoughts on Caris "The Bum" Levert
Sources: Full current trade:
Rockets: Victor Oladipo, Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs, 3 BKN first-rounders (22, 24, 26), 1 MIL first (22, unprotected), 4 BKN 1st round swaps (21, 23, 25, 27)
Nets: James Harden
Pacers: Caris LeVert, 2nd-rounder
Cavs: Jarrett Allen, Taurean Prince
Nets lost the plot I reckon. Absolutely bonkers amount of draft capital sent away
