Simmons has been turd since the trade though, at least Harris has been average. My team is doomed.
Magic keep winning games we shouldn't be trying to win as well to make this the mediocre turd of a season all round.
Still feeling a touch deflated about JV being traded, has been by far my favourite Raptor since I've properly been following the game.
That said, really liked what I saw from Gasol in the small minutes he got against New York. He's passing really stood out, our players weren't ready for it a lot of the time, he's got a quick shot, strong defensively and even took a charge.
Not sure where this leaves Ibaka, ideally playing a bit of 4/5 to cover both Gasol and Siakam - just hope the memo is clear for him to remain inside the 3point line on offense, hate seeing him waste shots by jacking up bricks from the 3 point line as those elbow shots are his bread and butter. Would love for us to sign someone like Lin who has said if the right offer comes, he'll request a buy out. That said, as is our problem with most players, we can't offer them the minutes other teams can and given most are trying to earn themselves new contracts, we're probably not the right team for it. Hoping for another PG, C and a 3 point shooter.
Bring on the playoffs.
VanVleet out for 3 weeks so Linsanity now >>> Vinsanity
Hope he takes Freddy's spot at PG and Freddy moves more to a catch and shoot role.
Brooklyn have built a pretty decent team considering the state billy king left them in.
6 in a row for the pacerGOATS![]()
Paul Fraud IS A RINGLESS CUNT AND FLOG
How is D'Angelo Russell not the favourite for MIP?!
The man went from most notably being a snitch and discarded to being an all star.
Russell has seen an exponential rise this season to an All Star leading a pretty average team to Playoff contention (and in reality could easily be a lot closer to being a top 4/5 seed had they closed out several other games better).
Nets have copped injuries similarly to the Rockets with Levert, Dinwiddie, Carroll, Crabbe, RHJ all missing significant chunks of the season.
No disrespect to Pascal Siakam as he has been efficient and consistently a strong cog in a good team (and granted he has had some massive games when Kawhi has been out injured).

I'm loving Russell, rapidly becoming my best fantasy pick, that's for sure.
The best part of his improvement is he started the season as the same shit clint and then out of nowhere a switch just flipped and he's been exceptional since.
The Nets actually have a surprisingly decent team of nice parts, though the injuries have been horrific for them. Allen has actually become a pretty good defensive anchor and then basically everyone else does some nice things but Russell has been outstanding.
To be fair, Vucevic deserves to be in MIP discussion as well, he's become a legitimately decent defender and also a top tier offensive player.
Fox also should be in the conversation, part of his improvement is extra minutes but he's also been absurdly more efficient and has the team playing so well when he's out there. Hield also very deserving of a mention for the Kings, he's become one of the better offensive SGs in the league.
Siakam obviously as you mentioned also right up there.
Probably a few others out there too.
Stuff that, I've got Siakam at $6.5 odds. Pay it out!
John Collins at 18s seems brutal.
Siakam still the favourite apparently but Fox and Russell are both hot on his heels, big drop off after that. Hield and Vucevic are actually on the list so I'm happy with my read on the award![]()
Jonathon Isaac is one whose improved alot this past 2 months. All of a sudden looks a good pickup by Magic
I JUST DELETED YOUR ASS!!!
Better than expected
Have that sblack
the thread being locked was all time!
Time for Jimmy Butler to move to the bench. Start Jonathon Simmons. Strong defence and a better team ethic
I JUST DELETED YOUR ASS!!!
So I certainly put the kiss of death on D'Lo.
1-11 with 6TO and they're getting pumped by the Cavs atm![]()
Damn Pascal dropped 44 and 10 though. So in the end, didn't really help the MIP argument.
