NFL security guard masturbates near cheerleaders, San Diego Chargers

    WARNING: EXPLICIT CONTENT

A SECURITY guard caught apparently masturbating during a San Diego Chargers game on Sunday has been fired, The New York Post has learned.

A video posted on Facebook shows the unidentified guard seemingly pleasuring himself just steps away from cheerleaders at Qualcomm Stadium during the Chargers’ game against the Oakland Raiders.

“So clearly Elite Security nor the San Diego Chargers care that they have a masturbating security guard at the game,” one horrified woman at the game posted.

Several attempts to call both organisations with no concern for the Charger Girls, Chargers fans or kids. So yeah this happened right in front of us yesterday.”

Company officials from San Diego-based Elite Security confirmed the termination on Tuesday afternoon, less than 24 hours after versions of the video surfaced online.

“Elite would like to apologise to anyone who was offended by this isolated incident,” read a statement by the company to The Post.

“Additionally, Elite has opened a formal investigation into the matter and has acted swiftly in terminating the employee involved.”

The man did pass all state and federal background screening processes and completed all licensing requirements, the company said.

“There was nothing in the screening process that would indicate that this type of conduct was foreseeable,” the statement continued.

“Elite has been providing staffing at Qualcomm Stadium for over 20 years and has never experienced this type of incident involving any of its employees.

The 49ers should have kept Jim Harbaugh. Guy sounds like a cunt but he could coach a team pretty well. Keeping Trent Baalke over him was a shocker.

Fucking lol at them being the first team to sack a coach after their first season twice in a row #RaffisMILFS

Fucking dumb mutt. The Indy based media and fans are raging. Gonna be ugly next year if it doesn't go well. How he can't see that this team is going backwards and wasting Luck's prime is beyond me. Cunt's off his nut.

    > Nearly fire everyone last year after poor season
    > Lets them talk him into letting them stay
    > Gives them 4 year extensions
    > Have another poor year
    > Nobody fired

Either he doesn't want to pay them out or he's got his heart set on someone who isn't available. There is constantly Jim Harbaugh rumors, but he's getting paid literal truckloads of cash at Michigan and doesn't want to leave yet. Same with Jon Gruden. There was rumors this time floating around that he wants Peyton Manning to come be the GM, but he doesn't feel ready. (No shit, he has zero experience).

Pagano was hired to be a defensive coach. The resume of his defenses.

Strong improvement over 5 years bro. Better hold on to him.

Raiders could be landing spot for Wade Phillips

Longtime NFL coach Wade Phillips is considered one of the best defensive minds in the modern history of the NFL. He’s overseen a dominating two-year stretch as defensive coordinator of the Denver Broncos, helping the team to win the Lombardi Trophy last season.

A blitz-heavy scheme coupled with man coverage on the outside led to two of the best defensive performances from a team in recent history. In fact, Denver finished the 2015 campaign No. 1 in total yards, No. 1 against the pass and in the top five in points allowed.

Despite this, Phillips is set to become a free agent. His contract expired following the 2016 season. And with question marks surrounding the Broncos’ coaching situation following Gary Kubiak’s resignation, Phillips himself might move on from Denver.

Needless to say, he’ll be a highly sought-after coach on the market. According to speculation from USA Today's tom Pelissero, the Oakland Raiders might very well be Phillips’ ultimate landing spot.

Don't overlook #Raiders as possible landing spot for Wade Phillips, whose #Broncos contract is expiring. Productivity hasn't matched talent.

This makes sense considering just how poor the Raiders’ defense was during the regular season. It ranked in the bottom 10 against the pass, against the run, in total yards allowed and points allowed.

This has led some to believe that defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr’s job could be on the line. If so, the Raiders would be smart to go after a coach from a division rival with 30-plus years of elite coaching experience.
    Join the Raiders please Wade

    That LA move is crazy.

That market is pretty fickle and will only rock up if teams start winning matches.

I'm guessing the Chargers are betting that the Rams will still be shit and think they can overtake the Rams by being more successful. Even if they are easily the worst team in their division.

Chargers owner to tell staff of plans to move team to L.A. - NFL.com

Chargers owner Dean Spanos has called an 8 a.m. PST meeting Thursday to tell his staff the news they have all been bracing for: The team plans to move to Los Angeles.

According to several sources informed of the team's plans, Spanos told NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, other league officials and a few fellow owners of his intentions following the committee meetings on Wednesday. During those meetings, the Chargers were barely a topic and the league did not offer any additional money to contribute to their stadium efforts.

According to those who know him well, the committee meetings were seen as the last opportunity for a solution. None came.

Therefore, Spanos plans to tell his staff that the team is moving. ESPN first reported that Spanos had made a firm decision. The owner had previously said he was leaning toward Los Angeles.

Earlier on Wednesday, the league extended the Chargers' deadline to pick up the option to join the Rams in Los Angeles by a few days, making it Jan. 17. Yet it appears Spanos will make the call before that cutoff.

There is a caveat -- and it's a big one: Spanos has done nothing official. He hasn't filed a formal relocation letter, hasn't informed city officials in either San Diego or Los Angeles and hasn't told his staff yet.

NFL says Raiders making "impressive" progress on Vegas move

The Raiders’ proposed move to Las Vegas took center stage Wednesday before the NFL’s stadium and finance committees in New York City, but the meeting ended without a vote or the franchise filing for relocation.

The 3˝-hour meeting included almost no talk about the potential move of the San Diego Chargers and was centered mostly on vetting the Raiders’ proposal.

Hours later, however, a media report surfaced that the Chargers will announce Thursday that they are moving to Los Angeles for the 2017 season.

Eric Grubman, the NFL executive who oversees stadium deals, told reporters “There were no votes today, no straw votes, no indication of hands, no polling” about the Raiders’ proposal.

Grubman, however, told the Los Angeles Daily News that the Raiders had made “impressive” progress toward an eventual move to Las Vegas.

The Raiders have until Feb. 15 to file for relocation. Once that happens, a vote could take place in late March at the NFL owner’s
meetings, with 24 of 32 owners needing to vote for approval.

Dallas Cowboys executive Stephen Jones reiterated the team’s long-held position on the issue, calling the Raiders’ move “a very doable situation.” New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, asked if the league would support the move, termed it “a good possibility.”

Raiders owner Mark Davis attended the meeting, as did CEO Marc Badain. The committees are comprised of 18 owners who were either on site at NFL headquarters or involved by conference call. Jed York, the 49ers CEO and a member of the stadium committee, was present.

According to Grubman and stadium committee chairman Art Rooney III, the potential involvement of Las Vegas casino mogul Sheldon Adelson was not discussed.

The proposed deal originally included $750 million from a hotel tax approved by lawmakers and signed by Gov. Brian Sandoval and $650 million from Adelson.

NFL rules prohibit casino owners from having an ownership stake in a team and it remains to be seen if owners will be comfortable with Adelson having such a big financial stake in the stadium.

Chargers plan to play at StubHub Center in 2017-18 | ProFootballTalk

The Chargers will indeed return to the city in which they were founded, 57 years ago. And they’ll be spending two years in a 30,000-seat stadium, playing at the StubHub Center until the stadium they’ll share with the Rams opens in 2019.

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, the Chargers waited until after Wednesday’s meeting of the league’s stadium and finance committees to make the final decision to move. The team didn’t expect anything to happen at the meeting to change the mind of owner Dean Spanos, but Spanos wanted to wait.

After the meeting ended, Spanos informed Commissioner Roger Goodell and several owners that the move will happen. The decision will be shared with the staff and with elected officials in San Diego and Los Angeles most likely on Thursday. The team will don’t the decision to be final until those things happen.

The StubHub Center gives the Chargers a chance to market a very unique experience, giving fans an intimate environment for watching a pro football game. The limited time for the limited-space event should give Chargers games a sense of intrigue and exclusivity before they go toe-to-toe with the Rams for customers at the stadium to be built in Inglewood.

If the team has spent 2 years planning to get out of San Diego I don't blame fans to rock up. Especially when the Chargers have been trash for those 24 months on the field as well.

When a team relocates it is a pretty sad sight to see that final year.

I do wonder if the Raiders push ahead with the planned move to Las Vegas as well.

NFL: Denver Broncos defend Vance Joseph amid “sleaze ball” claim

THE Denver Broncos say they hired Vance Joseph as their new head coach fully aware that Joseph once was suspended from his job as an assistant coach at the University of Colorado amid multiple sexual harassment investigations and that multiple women alleged Joseph assaulted them by climbing naked into their beds, fondling their breasts and touching them with his penis.

“We were aware of the report, and like all candidates, we thoroughly reviewed Vance’s background as part of this process,” the Broncos said last week in a statement, according to KDVR. “This issue was resolved administratively nearly 15 years ago, and he’s moved forward from it.”

Broncos VP of public relations Patrick Smyth offered an additional explanation: “While we were aware of these accusations, he was not charged with anything from the report filed in 2004.”

The Boulder Police Department report from 2004, published by Deadspin, makes clear the case was closed because the victims did not want to press charges stemming from an incident in 2003.

One of the two women — believed to be trainers in Colorado’s athletic department — told police they were out with Joseph at a bar, then went back to a home, where they continued to drink and Joseph smoked marijuana.

The woman went to bed. She told police she woke to find Joseph had removed his clothes and climbed into the bed.

“She felt his penis against the backside of her body … VJ continued grabbing her breasts and rubbing up and down her leg for a short period of time,” the police report says.

The woman said she feigned sleep and Joseph soon departed. But the woman also related to police how her friend, the second woman, told her Joseph had done “the same things” to her, and the friend had yelled at Joseph to “get the hell out.” Joseph was not accused of penetrating either woman.
The police report contains this summary from the alleged victim: “Even though VJ had been drinking and had some marijuana, he knew exactly what he was doing … ‘He’s just a sleaze ball.’”

The Daily Camera of Boulder reported former university president Elizabeth Hoffman said in a deposition, released in 2005, that Joseph had been suspended from his post as Colorado’s defensive backs coach after the school learned of this incident and another, in which he had consensual sex with a trainer in the steam room.

Colorado did not provide a reason for Joseph’s suspension at the time, and he soon left for a position at Bowling Green.

“We have no reason to believe that it was not consensual, but since he is a coach, we consider that it was probable or possible sexual harassment, so we followed our sexual harassment protocols,” Hoffman said in the deposition, which was part a Title IX lawsuit filed by two women who alleged they were sexually assaulted by Colorado athletes and recruits at a party in 2001.

A bug is going around the Green Bay Packers' locker room ahead of Sunday's NFC Championship tilt versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Aaron Rodgers said Friday he's under the weather. Jordy Nelson missed practice Friday also due to illness.

"Rest, fluids, all that stuff," Rodgers said of how he's handling the sickness, via ESPN Milwaukee. "We'll be OK. Jordy had it. Mason (Crosby) had it. I got it. We'll deal with it."
